The listener is given a bucket into which to put all their dirty, sexy, so-good-because-they're-so-bad, obscene thoughts. When they feel safe or are given the trigger "Dump the Bucket", all those obscene thoughts pour out into their mind, filling them with all the wonderful, dirty thoughts they've stored.
