Boutique

Boutique

Postby TranceAddict » Wed Feb 17, 2010 2:54 am

I plan on registering in the boutique, but before I do so I wanted to know what the payment methods are since I don't have a credit card.
If this is the only payment method I'll simply stick with the free files and make a donation via PayPal some time soon :)

Thanks in advance for any response!

At the moment I'm fairly sure PayPal is the only available option. Elena is apparently organising other options but I'm not sure if they've been finalized yet.

We have money order now, you can mail one to our PO Box, or mail cash or whatever. I'll be putting the addy into the system so it pops up when you select money order/cheque as payment method.

Paypal, like Google, has been trying to remove itself from adult content as much as possible. So Paypal had to be removed unfortunately. Elena is planning on adding an alternative, but until then, you could purchase the files in Second Life if you wanted, you can download the files you buy there, and they cost the exact same. You can find the shop by searching "eSuccubus" or clicking the slurl link in the announcement about the shop.

EDIT: hmmm You seemed to of deleted your message, but that was to the question about there being only being money order or check option right now in the shop.

Thank you. I thought I had it figured out and didn't think anyone had seen it yet

I guess I need to start a Second Life account then, thank you!

Second Life has actually kinda not panned out in terms of profitability. I take my share of the blame, but I think that's one experiment it's not time for yet, not until using files in SL becomes easier to manage and sell from.

I take credit card, cheque, money order, cash, through the shop. Paypal refuses to work with us and i can't take donations through them.

afaik 2checkout lets you check out using paypal (among other options), so this could possibly be an alternative so people would be able to pay/donate via paypal without you needing to have a paypal acc :)

Has anyone tried ordering through 2Boutique lately? I have an order that's being held up in processing (I selected the Paypal option) and was told to contact the content provider.

I also tried to purchase a file via 2checkout... This is the message I got:

Parameter Error

Please notify the supplier so that this can be resolved as soon as possible.
