System Analysis - Anchors and Processes

Self-help tied in with the In The Palm of My Hand and Mentally Muzzled themes.

It is rare we can ask ourselves - what could I be doing better? what do I feel like doing? - without also feeling concern, anxiety, or like we're not doing enough.

This pack has 3 clips, 2 loops and a simple primer.

The loopable files are about tacking my control, my voice, the puppetry of your body - on to your unconscious actions. When you do a simple unconscious thing, like walking somewhere familiar, getting dressed, getting undressed, or adjusting your body, adjusting your hair, etc. Anything unconscious and simple...

You free up extra processing power to let you use those unconscious actions as a trigger. A deep self-inquiry, cooperative and tinged with my growing control. This file has some sexual overtones, but its content is positivity and self-help in nature.

Uses some of the themes from the System Analysis series. Focused on self-triggering, re-triggering, accountability to yourself, and changing your trajectory in the name of long term improvement. Motivation and possibility.

Thoughts on Thoughts

This is a simple collection of useful thoughts and exercises for when you have intrusive thoughts, including if you have them right before bed and are having trouble sleeping. It is short, and though it borrows from hypnotic, permissive, meditative language, isnot expressly hypnotic nor induction.

Sleep - Training the Breath

More pre-sleep training. A permissive resistance and confusion-based rapport meditation which uses your own breathing and the word 'sleep' as a self-anchoring sleep mechanic, accompanied by the idea of being pushed down further and further each time you practice this exercise. Includes programming about processing yourself into easier wakening in the morning as well through breathing deliberately.
Useful for those who have studied the square breath during meditation, but any steady calm deep breathing makes a nice anchor if that is comfortable for you.

Kindness and Compassion Meditation

This is a Loving-Kindness meditation. A meditation addressed at compassion and kindness, at love for the self and for others in a way which is understanding and unconditional.

This meditation is an exercise, meant for you to repeat it on your own eventually but works very well as guided meditation practice.

The Location of Breath

One of the simplest principles of meditation is locating and following your breath.

Getting distracted is normal, even intended, because returning your attention to your breath is a learning behavior which forms new paths of thought and assists you in developing further meditative skills.

A small fragment of the self-help network I use. Combine it with a lavender-scented bath, some moisturizer, oil, or other self care mechanisms. Some of these concepts exist in other files, but this stands alone. Might be of use to some people.

Needs - Chained Desires Safety and Communication System

Safety/comfort conditioning for hypnotic and bdsm contexts.

What if you could have a system which allows you to freely communicate how you feel about a given activity or fetish. Green for "love it, go ahead", yellow for "go slowly, but I'm interested", and red for "I'm not interested".

There are a lot of confounding factors in play, whether sexual or in overarching hypno or bdsm. You might not feel completely comfortable speaking up, or you might be so out of it on pleasure that encouraging/discouraging one or another type of activity is difficult to do.

This system is different. Always running in the background, reminding you that your top will find nothing sexier than your clear articulation of what you want. All decisions include this background program where if you feel a certain way, you will let your partner know by saying the color, or number, or other indicator you've worked out, and what fetish you are talking about.

Nothing will be sexier than doing something to you and hearing "green, green", trust me.

This system is built BY you, in your mind, not something I install, so my files, my works, my ideas are also subject to it... and triggers, suggestions, conditioning, will function only if you're at least thinking "yellow" about the fetish in question.

Imagine if you could have a tunnel which cut through indecision and subspace, through anxiety and lack of confidence, and answered affirmatively - unthinkingly, you'll find yourself describing how you feel without even meaning to, as long as it's safe to do so.

The system is built by you with pieces I give you, so it applies to everyone, anyone, and it works how you need it to, to achieve this purpose.

Uses similar princples to the other "Needs" basics files.

Lip Sink Induction

Lip fetish. The words which pass between lips, hypnotizing and ensnaring. A kiss, a seductive suck or lick or any other delivery of pleasure which flows from a dominant person's lips. This is your fetish, and that fetish can carry you deeper.

This induction relies on your fetish for shapely and beautiful lips, but it also connects to some couples files, files for other dominants, and future oral pleasure based files. Use it any time you'd like to incorporate deep visualization into a playlist, or get your lip fetish deeper so a mere kiss can send you spiraling.

Snuggles (For Warmth)

Stranded by a storm while out picking plants on the mountain, the dragon woman who is instructor at Athene Magical College offers you shelter in her cave. Only problem, the magical plants will suck up all of the heat in that place, until the storm has passed. So, she invites you to her bed, tucked at the back of a rather comfortable cavern, and the two of you snuggle under the blankets for a time.

Spa Process Complete

If you could run a soothing spa-like imaginative protocol inside your mind, it might be quite useful to you. Installs a trigger simulating various sensory phenomena which are pleasantly detailed during a visualization walkthrough of a spa - massage, steam room, hot bath.

This is a relaxation piece. Use it with any induction and let yourself be walked through a relaxation process which will hopefully become familiar and helpful. The file ends in a general, open-ended way which allows you to put any file you want after it, including its erotic add-on.



Spa Day - Two More Rooms

This is an add-on for Spa Day. The hallway in Spa Day has five rooms. The first three are non-sexual relaxation and de-stress mechanisms. The last 2 are sexual and arousing.

This file walks the listener through the events that pick up right at the end of the first Spa Day, and culminates in a compulsion to pleasure themselves until climax and perhaps beyond.
Some people want more than just mental change. Yet, the regimen to make change - pumping your nipples, pumping the entire breast with a vacuum pump carefully each day, applying a milker, massaging the breasts and moisturizing to induce softness - can be difficult to adhere to. Maybe you need a reminder. Maybe you need some help.

Subby Puppy

Before beginning to listen, choose any item of neckwear and hold it in your hand. This can be a necklace, an actual collar, a scarf, anything at all. This will be your "collar" for purposes of this file and will serve as an anchor for the changes described in future. Ideally your future visualizations can be of the furry body described herein.

While the listener is relaxing in trance, a mistress happens along who notices their unfocused, drowsy trancey form. Taking this opportunity to shape the listener's thinking, the form they awake in is that of a submissive, strong puppy. Pointed ears, luxurious fur, tail and paws. The mistress teaches the subject about their new role, and trains some basic obedience thoughts into them, associating them with the trigger of wearing your collar. This file will be compatible with the CoC canine pepper files when they come out, but is also great alone. This file and its future sequel include themes of exercise, eating well, holding your mistress in your strong arms, and so forth. Enjoy!
