Good Pup Cleanup Loop

A loopable instruction which cooperates with my triggers and all "puppy" themed files. You clean the house and get praised as a good puppy for doing so. Ties in with Mentally Muzzled and Automatically themes.

You can't be on your knees being a good puppy if the floor isn't clean and safe to be on ;) Same for being played with across the couch, or other furniture. You'll drop deeper and be a better puppy if you've got everything clean and tidy around you. The "break" version has you stop cleaning for 10 minutes to be rewarded, each cycle, making for 30 minute puppy cleaning + reward cycles. The "no break" version is 20 minutes of praise and automatic cleaning with puppy themes.

Musing - Crisis and Care

I have periodic issues with depression and suicidal ideation. It took me a long time to accept I couldn't just easily take care of myself when in crisis, and even to accept what it is to be "in crisis".

This track is a calm meditation on what crisis feels like for me, and on realizing that assistance is acceptable and possible, and that it is a natural and normal thing to experience mental illness and difficulties - we should de-stigmatize it. So, I'll start. Usually musings are on the Patreon and only on the Patreon, but this one is more personal and for any/everyone.

Sometimes it can feel funny, or a bit unreal, and sometimes it's dire. The definition of crisis includes that your usual coping mechanisms don't work as they should, so you shouldn't be upset with yourself when things don't work as they usually do.

Brain Break - Absolute Saturation

A rapidfire verbiage overwhelm audio which expands on the "Brain Break" concept.

I provide you with enough words and thoughts for your mind to concern itself only with self care, with thinking those thoughts that have been waiting for you to un-clench and address them. This is a time you can loop, and a track which more powerfully provides a chance to zoom your brain out, each time you visit. In the suspended time, which is about taking care of yourself as you would want to be taken care of, you are allowed to drift without thoughts you normally consider 'mandatory', and pause your mind enough to focus on yourself.

Works with Brain Drain and Night Night series concepts as well. Uses the same start as Brain Break - Loop and Pause, but is much longer.

Brain Break - Loop and Pause

A simple loop about your thoughts getting slower and more relaxed so you can have a breather. It can be looped, or put on a playlist multiple times. You can just put it on repeat, and drift.

Uses the Brain Drain concepts, various beginner concepts, and interacts well with Night Night.
